On 17 October an employee of our company carried out a full online test of metal-cutting equipment.
He found several discrepancies with the client's technical specification, namely:
- the test of cutting 10 cm thick metal was failed
- the loading carriage, which should have been part of the basic configuration of the unit, was in fact not installed
Our employee resolved these issues.
We obtained a large discount from the supplier, installation of the loading carriage and free delivery of the cargo to the consignee's port.
Because of Covid-19, our online equipment acceptance service became very popular among our clients: since foreign buyers cannot be present at acceptance in person, our company provides them with a full package of testing and acceptance services.
