Organising the import of products of a Russian plywood factory from Moscow to China
Moscow, Russia
At the beginning of September a large Russian plywood manufacturer approached us to organise its entry into China's B2B segment — namely, to find buyers among Chinese furniture manufacturers.
Having studied the product and the market, we came to the conclusion that the product was of interest to large furniture manufacturers supplying the furniture giant IKEA.
Having collected all the information about the market, we identified our main trump card in this matter: our advantage was that we offered a quality product with all certificates and permits.
And that was the most important requirement of IKEA.
After successful negotiations we brought 10 containers of the goods into China and successfully sold everything.
