Organisation of participation in an exhibition in Shanghai
Moscow, Russia
On 7 September a subcontractor of the REC (Russian Export Center) approached us and suggested taking part in a tender to organise the participation of 15 Russian companies in the FHC 2017 exhibition in Shanghai.
We won the tender and received the order. We carried out the following services for the client:
- successfully built 15 exhibition stands to the designs provided by the company
- printed catalogues and branded items (pens, notebooks, etc.)
- provided 30 professional interpreters
- provided 10 models for brand presentations
- organised more than 200 meetings (match making) with potential Chinese distributors
The result of our organisation: contracts worth 3 million dollars were concluded during the exhibition.
